The contract is drawn on an initial term of 3 / 5 years respectively for Studio Partner / Experience Partner, and can be renewed upon mutual agreement.
When can my business Break-even?
A franchisee can expect to break even operationally and become cash flow positive from the fourth month undre Studio Partner Model and from the ninth month under Experience Partner Model.
What Kind of Returns on Investment can I expect?
Returns on Investment may vary based on the total investment, location / city of operation, rent and size of the store, etc. However, Expected ROI is in Range of 500-600% for Studio Partner and 400-500% for Experience Partner respectively over a period of 3 / 5 years.
What Kind of Support do I get from Design magnet before Launch of Studio / Experience Centre?
Design Magnet handholds the franchisee through the entire process of drawing and signing of the franchise agreement, property finalisation, Training of Employees, Back-end project team support for putting together the Studio / Experience Center, etc.
