Business Development Executive

As a Manager- Business Development, you will be responsible for acquisition of new clients.

You will drive business development efforts that generate leads and increase sales.

Meeting with clients who have a requirement of interiors, for more information about interior desiging .

Sourcing details from upcoming commercial and interior projects dealing in interior and Fit outs.

Meeting clients , corporates, companies , explaining & promoting the services. convincing , understanding & converting business talks into sales & support increase company's revenue.

You will represent the company in the market and build an industry network and manage key stakeholder relationships with realtors/ leasing houses/ real estate agents/ co-working operators .

You will work closely with the design and business team to complete the sales cycle and close deals.

Desired profile : Very strong interpersonal skills (pitching, negotiation, communication, planning etc) Good at Customer Interaction, Relationship Building and presentation skills.

The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team Willing to travel intra-city and inter-city for specific projects if required Perks and Benefits Salary and Other benefits
